Dare to Lead Book Study Presentation
I foster collegiality and team building among staff members to encourage honest feedback and build trustworthiness.

Through this presentation, I collaborated with colleagues to provide aspiring leaders with information as it relates to Brenee's Brown Dare to Lead book. Leaders were provided information through an engaging and interactive presentation that allowed them to explore the idea on why they dare to lead as educational leaders.
Servant Leadership Article
I make it my personal responsibility to provide quality service to both students and teachers.

Through this publication, I learned the role of a servant leader. By interning, I gained insightful knowledge on how a servant leader impacts all stakeholders because of their commitment to quality service. My publication justifies my core leadership value of establishing relationships with all individuals, which creates opportunities to inspire change.
School Culture and Why It Matters
I create an atmosphere of safety that encourages the social, emotional and well being of staff.

Through this presentation, I collaborated with school leaders to develop a unique professional development. The PD took staff on a journey through various destinations ranging from blending technology to identifying student successes in the classroom. The professional development offered teachers the opportunity to have autonomy and ownership of their learning in an engaging manner.
Amazing Race Technology Challenge
I develop and implement a vision of high expectations for both students and staff.

Through this presentation, I spearheaded an innovative idea that encouraged teachers to utilize technology in meaningful ways in the classrooms. Along with the instructional coaches, I supported teachers through each leg of the race by providing them ways to differentiate instruction with a new tech application. Although teachers were initially uncomfortable with using technology, through motivation and innovation they exceeded expectations.
More than a Classroom
Presentation
I establish, monitor, and implement social and emotional supports for students.

Through this presentation, I discussed with staff the value of establishing a welcoming classroom environment. Teachers were provided strategies to create a classroom that is safe and collaborative for students. I encouraged teachers to commit to reaching the whole student by providing social and emotional supports. After candid reflections, staff learned why the setting of a classroom for students is more than a place but a home.
