From being awarded Teacher of the Year to being an accomplished Master Teacher, I develop and encourage best practices that help improve student's reading and writing skills. Most importantly, I provide strategies and solutions to teachers to assist them in instructing students in meaningful lessons. As a strong instructional leader, I inspire teachers and students to create innovative lessons that align with state standards and provide engaging instruction.
