An effective leader is one who understands the importance of establishing relationships, building school culture/climate, and cultivating teachers' strengths and weakness. As a school leader, my philosophy is rooted in inspiring teachers, students, and community members by fostering genuine relationships with each individual. It is my firm belief that a leader is one who builds and maintains trust within the school organization.
A school leader is an effective communicator who is dedicated to the mission/vision of the school and district. With the evolving changes of education, it is also my belief that a school leader has to be a creative visionary who can adapt and adjust to change. As a servant leader, I ensure that implemented programs are based on reliable data and the needs of the campus. I believe in innovative practices, so as a lifelong learner I seek out new learning. I am a unique catalyst who makes certain both students and teachers reach their greatest potential.
